Louis Vuitton internship: Product Management Assistant – Watchmaking in Paris, January 2027 (6 months, hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research specific to watchmaking, fine watchmaking, and watchmaking art; create competitive mappings and industry-specific market studies
- Support product development by participating in product brief creation, mood boarding, specification documentation, and product cataloging and referencing
- Develop sales enablement materials including product specification sheets, product news content, offering maps, and product environment documentation (instruction manuals, certificates)
- Coordinate marketing activities including product photography shoots, prototype inventory management, digital catalog curation, and consolidated product workflow management across internal and external events
- Assist showroom teams with product presentation coordination, zoning, visual merchandising, inventory, and consignment documentation
- Monitor market trends and inspiration sources including artisan craftsmanship, independent watchmakers, and luxury communications relevant to watchmaking art collections
- Support product launch initiatives through planning and timeline management, photography logistics, product brief development, and creation of sales and customer-facing tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a gap year or final year of a Master's program in business school or equivalent university degree
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with proactive approach
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Deep appreciation for luxury brands and customer-centric orientation
- Interest in watchmaking and watchmaking artisanship
