Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project team activities (materials sourcing and development, quality, design, production sites) to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure industrialisation of new products in line with style, quality, margin, deadline and quantity targets required for commercial launch.
- Support project governance: define and validate project objectives, establish and track project plans, and report progress.
- Adapt and formalise processes to meet project requirements and organise resources to deliver project goals.
- Use risk analysis and value analysis methods to anticipate, evaluate and mitigate project risks (quality, cost, time, reliability).
- Propose pragmatic solutions to technical or organisational issues and escalate/manage deviations and corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in Engineering, Business School or University.
- Available for a 6-month internship starting July 2026 at the Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule leather goods ateliers.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and a drive for results; comfortable with operational challenges.
