Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of product development projects for women's leather goods destined for press and merchandising, ensuring alignment with quality, cost and timing objectives.
  • Prepare and manage press/merchandise launch documentation (product launch sheets) and create bill of materials (nomenclatures).
  • Analyze material requirements and raise orders for leathers, canvas/textiles and metal components; monitor material procurement and inventory status.
  • Liaise with ateliers and external suppliers to follow production progress for VIP/VIC orders and special items.
  • Manage follow-up of material and product invoicing and related administrative tracking.
  • Coordinate production of envelopes for show invitations: collect briefs from the studio, order materials and monitor manufacturing progress.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university programme or equivalent (Bac+4 / Bac+5).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with PLM systems is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated product sensitivity, ideally with experience or strong interest in leather goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and willing to take initiative.
