Louis Vuitton — Paris 1er: Product Development Project Assistant (Intern) for Home & Lifestyles, 6‑month internship starting April 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in the Home & Lifestyles development and industrialization team across tableware, decorative objects and furniture.
  • Create and maintain bill of materials and nomenclatures in the PLM system.
  • Draft and file prototype quality reports and follow up corrective actions.
  • Research, qualify and liaise with new suppliers and partners for products, packaging and tooling.
  • Place and track orders for external services and production tooling; follow up on manufacturing timelines.
  • Coordinate the preparation and validation of user notices with external regulatory partners.
  • Develop and animate packaging solutions: coordinate creation of protective covers, crates and boxes with internal pack department and external suppliers.
  • Commission and supervise packaging media (packing/unpacking videos) with suppliers.
  • Administer the packaging library and archive technical, regulatory and contractual documentation (certificates of conformity, supplier contracts).
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Design, Quality, Production and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment on style, materials and production processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from an engineering school, business school or equivalent higher education programme.
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Strong project‑management mindset with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, autonomous, rigorous and reactive; able to prioritise and deliver to tight timelines.
  • Keen product sensitivity with a genuine interest in design, industrial processes and technical innovation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, active listening and a collaborative team spirit; willingness to work on the shop floor and with external suppliers.
