Louis Vuitton — Paris: Product Development Project Assistant (Intern) for Home & Lifestyle; 6‑month internship starting July 2026 in Paris 1er.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end development of Home & Lifestyle products — from concept through launch — coordinating with design, marketing, quality, production and regulatory teams.
- Create and maintain product bills of materials and nomenclatures within the PLM system.
- Draft detailed prototype and quality reports to ensure conformity with Maison standards.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers in France and internationally, supporting sourcing and supplier qualification activities.
- Manage orders for services, tooling and production samples with rigor and follow‑up.
- Coordinate production of product instructions and technical notices with external partners.
- Conceive and develop innovative packaging solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Collaborate on sustainable packaging initiatives and ensure supplier compliance with quality and sustainability requirements.
- Produce and assist in creation of unboxing video content to showcase product experience.
- Administer the packaging library, archive material conformity certificates and manage supplier contracts and documentation.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student or recent graduate from an engineering school, business school, double‑degree programme or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and project management skills; ability to prioritise and drive multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactive, autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Sensitivity to product, design, materials and artisanal processes; interest in industrial production.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency with Pack Office (Microsoft Office).
