6-month product development internship at Louis Vuitton Paris; support new product launches in leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project team actions to support new product development through commercialization
- Monitor compliance with style, quality, margin, timeline, and volume objectives
- Track project progress and alert stakeholders to deviations
- Define project objectives and contribute to their validation
- Build and maintain project schedules with regular monitoring
- Ensure adherence to validation milestones
- Identify, anticipate, and track project risks including quality, cost, timeline, reliability, and ergonomics
- Propose solutions to project challenges
- Facilitate decision-making with project teams and internal stakeholders including marketing, design, and manufacturing
- Manage project contingencies, track action plans, and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Enrolled in business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level
- Strong English proficiency required; Italian is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- PLM tool knowledge appreciated
- Product sensitivity, ideally in leather goods
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with clear prioritization abilities
- Curiosity, agility, interpersonal ease, and genuine enthusiasm for team collaboration
