Louis Vuitton Product Development Assistant Internship – Menswear, Paris. 6-month paid internship beginning March 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update product codifications and transmit specifications to design studio, production, and marketing teams
  • Participate in collection fittings and quality assurance sessions
  • Create and manage nomenclature cards within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
  • Oversee prototype reception and launch tracking
  • Monitor collection quotation reception and track supplier deliverables
  • Transmit quotations to administration for processing and budget management
  • Track model launches and material supply chain coordination
  • Monitor quality sample shipments and documentation
  • Participate in quality and production meetings alongside the chief of product development
  • Consolidate model information following editing and buying sessions
  • Perform final verification of PLM product codifications

Qualifications

  • Degree in fashion design, fashion management, fashion commerce, or equivalent university education
  • Knowledge of tailoring techniques and garment construction is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with menswear ready-to-wear product categories and aesthetic sensibilities
  • Proficiency with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems or equivalent product documentation platforms
  • Fluent English; Italian language skills are preferred
  • Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
