Louis Vuitton seeks a Product Assistant for Watchmaking internship in Paris, January 2027. Six-month hybrid role supporting product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research specific to watchmaking, including competitor mapping and studies of artisanal horologists
- Assist in developing product briefs, including mood boards and specifications; support product development and manage product referencing
- Draft product datasheets and news releases; maintain and update product offering maps and supporting documentation (instructions, certificates)
- Coordinate product photoshoots and image retouching; manage prototype inventory and loans; oversee digital product catalog management and external shoot coordination
- Coordinate showroom displays and presentations, including product zoning, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loan documentation
- Support market analysis for new product launches, including trend surveillance and market-specific studies
- Assist in preparation of product presentations and development of customer sales tools (brochures, digital presentation materials)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a gap year or final year of an MBA programme or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, developed interpersonal skills, and proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational abilities, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated passion for luxury and customer-centric orientation
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in watchmaking and artisanal craftsmanship (advantageous)

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required; must be an active student in a final year MBA or gap year programme.

Currently pursuing or about to pursue a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a business school or university.
