Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitor trends in product themes, artisanal crafts and independent watchmakers; produce mapping and targeted market studies for new product launches.
- Support product development by contributing to product briefs, sourcing inspirational references, and participating in the definition of product environment (codifications, certificates, manuals, packaging, rigid cases).
- Prepare and update product presentation materials for showrooms and internal reviews.
- Maintain and update management tools: dashboards, collection plans and other pilotage instruments.
- Coordinate product launch activities: manage shooting schedules, product loans and logistics; draft shooting briefs and follow up on retouching of visuals and videos.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement and client tools (argumentaires, brochures, digital presentation assets).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the first or final year of a master’s programme in business school or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent command of English.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of rigor, strong interpersonal skills and proactivity.
- Well organised, curious, with demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong affinity for luxury and client orientation; interest in watchmaking and artisanal crafts is a clear advantage.

Experience
Entry‑level internship suitable for a master’s student; no extensive professional experience required. Previous internships or exposure to luxury goods, horology or product marketing are advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree in progress (business school or equivalent university) — first or final year.
