Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process all incoming repairs by entering data into the JD Edwards system within 2.5 days with all required information
- Meet daily input goal of 70 repair entries
- Inspect incoming repairs to assess item condition against store documents and determine repairability
- Determine if products qualify for free-of-charge (FOC) repairs or require customer charges
- Track all incorrect and missing data in JD Edwards to support system improvements
- Access technical data through JD Edwards system when repair instructions are unavailable
- Determine defect codes and chrono dates for each repair
- Record and maintain repair warranties and ensure proper departmental notifications
- Communicate with Store Support Coordinators regarding shipment feedback and performance issues
- Consult with floor supervisors and artisans on technical repair questions
- Report incorrect or missing data and technical concerns to Store Support Coordinators
- Handle customer service issues on rush shipments and provide repair estimates
- Scan and store all shipping logs into the department shared folder daily
- Participate in departmental improvement projects and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in a data entry capacity
- Proficiency in JD Edwards system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills and 10-key data entry proficiency
- Ability to work overtime as required by business demands
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to priority changes

1–2 years of professional experience in a data entry or administrative capacity, preferably within a customer service, logistics, or product assessment environment.
