Louis Vuitton hiring Product Assessment Specialist in Irving, TX for leather goods repair center. $19–$21/hr, full-time on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process all incoming client repairs within established lead times, creating labels for tracking
- Assess incoming repairs to determine condition, reparability status, authenticity, and eligibility for free-of-charge repair
- Communicate with Customer Service Coordinators to report feedback on received shipments and relay performance results or issues to stores
- Liaise with floor supervisors and artisans regarding technical repair questions and specifications
- Report incorrect or missing data and technical questions to the Logistics Supervisor
- Generate quotations recommending additional or necessary repairs based on client requests
- Collaborate with the quality manager to communicate quality issues or potential customer exchanges
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for each repair
- Inspect spare parts quality before allocation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry
- 1–2 years of experience inspecting or assessing products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and 10-key data entry
