Louis Vuitton is hiring a Product Assessment Specialist in Irving, USA. On-site role handling repair intake, assessment and data entry for client repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming client repairs within established lead times; create and apply tracking labels for each item.
- Assess each repair for condition, reparability (repairable/non-repairable), authenticity and eligibility for free-of-charge repair.
- Generate accurate quotations recommending necessary repairs or additional services for client approval.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for each repair; inspect spare parts for quality prior to use.
- Communicate findings and feedback to Customer Service Coordinators, floor supervisors, artisans and the Logistic Supervisor to ensure resolution and operational follow-through.
- Report incoming quality issues and potential customer exchanges to the Quality Manager.
- Enter assessment and repair data precisely into the tracking system to enable correct charging and traceability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; experience in product inspection and data-entry functions required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer competency including data entry and 10-key proficiency.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including prior data-entry responsibility and hands-on inspection or assessment of products; prior exposure to repair operations or atelier workflows is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
