Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical and strategic procurement functions for multiple indirect spend categories, ensuring adherence to established LVMH policies and procedures
  • Drive competitive bidding procedures, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing across diverse categories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management on strategic projects to optimize spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing long-tail spend and other strategic initiatives to drive value and efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive dashboards of operational metrics and KPIs related to procurement performance
  • Leverage advanced spend analytics, purchase order reports, and market data to identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier consolidation
  • Prepare and deliver strategic reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership highlighting trends and actionable recommendations
  • Provide strategic operational support to various departments, proactively identifying and resolving issues while facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and optimize operational workflows
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a procurement organization with at least 2-3 years in a management or category lead role
  • Proven expertise in category management within indirect spend categories such as Retail Operations, IT, Facilities Maintenance, Events, Travel, Corporate Services, and Visual Merchandising
  • Demonstrated experience in a multi-site operational environment
  • Strong strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management skills
  • Advanced data analysis and spreadsheet processing skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills adapted to executive-level audiences
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership for strategic deliverables

Experience
