Louis Vuitton seeks a Procurement Intern in Ducey, Normandy for a 6-month internship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of material references, ensuring regular and timely replenishments in line with demand forecasts and production needs.
- Develop and propagate best-practice procedures with suppliers to stabilise lead times and improve service levels.
- Design and maintain securing plans for critical raw materials to mitigate supply disruptions.
- Monitor stock levels of materials and trigger replenishment or escalation when thresholds are breached.
- Identify and escalate logistical or quality issues to suppliers and internal material teams to initiate corrective actions or supplier replacements.
- Own the follow-up of new-product onboarding from site assignment to final referencing, coordinating stakeholders across supply, production and sourcing.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and support additional projects according to profile and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completing a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
- Prior internship or alternance experience in an industrial supply chain or operational logistics environment is a plus.
- Proven proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Demonstrable rigour, autonomy and analytical aptitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and to share knowledge proactively.

Experience
Early-career candidate; suitable for students completing a Bac+4/5 programme. Previous internship or alternance within industrial supply chain or operational logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's-level (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ducey, Normandy, France, with easy access to Rennes.
