Louis Vuitton | Procurement Assistant Apprenticeship | Paris, France | 12–24 months starting September 2026
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and execution of supplier business reviews and performance evaluations
- Track and analyze supplier performance metrics including economic indicators, competitiveness initiatives, and procurement-specific KPIs
- Assist with request for proposal (RFP) launches, including data extraction, pricing analysis, and cost breakdown
- Update and maintain supplier databases and conduct competitive benchmarking
- Develop tools for risk and opportunity analysis to support strategic panel decisions
- Monitor social and environmental audits of suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance
- Standardize procurement processes across three business poles and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage and maintain data reliability in ERP and business intelligence systems (SAP, PLM, Power BI)
- Code raw materials within information systems
- Support continuous improvement projects and value analysis initiatives across the production lifecycle
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a final-year Commerce school or Master's-level Engineering program with a specialization in Procurement
- Prior experience in procurement operations, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders while demonstrating leadership
- Demonstrable autonomy and initiative
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is advantageous
- Fluent English (written and oral); Italian and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Prior exposure to raw material procurement in an industrial company is preferred

Experience
Beginner level; prior experience in procurement or purchasing operations within an industrial enterprise is strongly preferred. Exposure to raw material sourcing is an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a final-year Commerce degree or Master's-level Engineering program with procurement specialization.
