Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute tactical procurement activities across direct and indirect categories (IT, Construction, Operations, Distribution Centers, Workshops), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement governance.
  • Support and manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, competitive bidding, vendor selection and contract negotiation to secure favorable commercial terms and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with category managers on strategic sourcing projects to optimize spend, consolidate suppliers and identify cost-avoidance opportunities.
  • Manage inventory planning and forecasting efforts to maintain optimal stock levels, improve inventory turns and mitigate obsolescence risk.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting on procurement performance, inventory health and operational efficiency for stakeholders.
  • Leverage spend analytics, purchase order and market data to produce actionable recommendations and support cross-functional decision making.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; technical, supply chain or business concentration preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or operations within a multi‑stakeholder environment; multi‑site operations experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and support contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience producing executive-level presentations.

Experience
