Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the industrialization of new products during their development phase, serving as the primary guarantee of successful manufacturing transition
  • Improve and monitor products in active production series
  • Integrate health, safety, and environmental standards into the development and industrialization of new products
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and related operational projects
