Louis Vuitton is recruiting a Process Industrialization Engineer in Issoudun, France to drive manufacturing excellence and product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization of new products during their development phase, serving as the primary guarantee of successful manufacturing transition
- Improve and monitor products in active production series
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental standards into the development and industrialization of new products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and related operational projects
Qualifications
- Recognized for creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to listen and collaborate across departments
- Results-oriented mindset with pragmatic decision-making approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (preferred)
