Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct production time studies, define lead times and manufacturing cycles using specialized tools and methodologies
  • Support the planning department in resource allocation and balancing across production units
  • Map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and establish best practices aligned with Lean and Kaizen principles
  • Implement and maintain data collection and analysis systems for continuous performance monitoring and optimization

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree, preferably with industrial specialization
  • Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in footwear or luxury/fashion sectors
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies including Kaizen, Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing analysis software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
