Louis Vuitton Ducey internship: six-month Process Engineering Intern role focused on manufacturing optimization and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects addressing safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity
- Define production equipment and tooling requirements in alignment with operational standards
- Participate in production line implementation whilst adhering to budget and timeline constraints
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on designated projects using structured methodologies
- Support industrialization and launch of new products
- Identify and implement sustainable solutions to reduce on-site rework and defects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Why analysis)
- Prior exposure to an industrial manufacturing environment
- Mastery of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

Entry-level experience in an industrial setting preferred; candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or equivalent in progress, with specialization in industrial production, continuous improvement, quality management, or related discipline.
