Louis Vuitton seeks a Process Engineering Intern in Asnières-sur-Seine, France for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement improvement actions on existing and new production lines, including critical analysis of current processes, operational mode simplification and optimization, production line reorganization, inventory and work-in-process reduction, product quality and workstation ergonomics enhancement, operator training development, best practice dissemination, and action follow-up over time
  • Lead field projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety and ergonomics using Lean methodologies (risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, PDCA, DMAIC), quantifying potential gains, planning resource allocation, managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (production, tooling, maintenance), and ensuring achievement of targeted gains and timelines
  • Support new product industrialization by designing optimal manufacturing sequences, quantifying cycle times, defining and overseeing subcontracted tooling realization, and assisting production teams through production ramp-up phases

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI recommended
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated agility and adaptability
