Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end VIP client experiences and bespoke treatment programs across the regional network, managing logistics, budgeting, and last-minute program modifications with flexibility
- Oversee guest list management for in-store and off-site client events and animations throughout the entire UK, Ireland, and South Africa network
- Administer client gifting strategies including inventory management, strategic allocation across stores, supplier sourcing, and performance tracking
- Facilitate virtual bridges and cross-border client access initiatives to ensure seamless connectivity between stores and enable clients to experience products and services globally
- Analyze and curate targeted client data to inform strategic actions and support store teams in developing localized client targeting and engagement plans aligned with global strategy
- Create and validate purchase orders in SAP and process invoice documentation with meticulous accuracy; manage departmental budgets with precision and accountability
- Monitor and support compliance activities including sanctions checks, customer data protection protocols, and audit requirements
- Provide creative asset curation and content support for client presentation materials and internal communications platforms
- Support front and back-of-house operations across boutiques as needed to maintain operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination or client-facing operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial and data management
