Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end VIP client experiences across the UK, Ireland & South Africa network, handling logistics, execution, and budgeting for in-store and off-site treatments.
  • Own travel and hospitality arrangements for private clients and ensure adherence to local budgets and central guidelines.
  • Manage operational event guest lists and coordinate invitations for store and off-site activations across the regional network.
  • Oversee client gifting operations: monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, allocate strategically across the network and manage supplier selection/tendering when required.
  • Create targeted data sets to support private client strategic actions and store-level targeting/action plans aligned with global strategy.
  • Process and create purchase orders in SAP, validate invoices and maintain meticulous documentation of expenses.
  • Support audited activities including sanctions screening and customer data protection compliance.
  • Assist with creative assets and presentation content; ensure appropriate content is uploaded to the internal communications platform in partnership with RPM.
  • Act as a liaison with stores to drive Virtual Bridges initiatives and provide ad hoc front- and back-of-house support when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in client development, luxury retail, events or related roles.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and last‑minute changes.
  • Immaculate attention to detail and proven experience in daily budget control and expense documentation.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and solid administrative experience; experience using SAP for purchase orders and invoice validation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear client-facing and internal documentation.
  • Innovative, curious mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
