Louis Vuitton Seoul seeks a Private Client Relations Assistant (temporary) to support PCR operations, documentation and event logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support to the Private Client Relations (PCR) team, including PO creation, vendor setup and monthly travel & expense (T&E) tracking.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and internal documentation to ensure accurate project records and compliance with finance and internal policies.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules and materials for local and international client events under the direction of PCR managers.
- Liaise with external vendors for gifting, in‑store treatments and event supplies and ensure timely follow-up with store teams.
- Act as operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods and support cross-team communication between Store, Office and Vendors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, coordination or administrative support; experience within luxury retail or events is advantageous.
- Working-level fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- High level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Available for an immediate, short-term/temporary start (dispatched contract, 9–12 months).

Entry-level (beginner). Prior hands-on experience in administrative coordination or operations support is expected; 0–2 years in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail, events or client services.
Education
High school diploma required; degree in business, hospitality, marketing or a related field is a plus.
