Louis Vuitton (Madrid) seeks a Private Client Relations Advisor (contrato de prácticas) to support Mediterranean clienteling, events and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PCR Manager in the conception and delivery of international and local client events and experiences for the Mediterranean region.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for PCR initiatives, including vendor liaison, PO management, vendor setup and inventory control of client gifts and assets.
- Manage budget sheets, track spend and support implementation of gifting strategy and distribution.
- Maintain and update nominations trackers, monthly competition reports and Key Business Partner & Supplier lists; follow up with store nomination processes.
- Act as a client-facing host at events, providing polished client service and ensuring compliance with data protection when sharing images.
- Create and update client programmes, in-store pockets trackers and provide operational guidance to retail teams on local PCR pockets and providers.
- Support reporting and CRM initiatives through data analysis; assist in the preparation of international event reports.
- Conduct client background and sanction-list checks prior to events and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Manage paper assets and administrative documentation required for PCR activities; request and distribute event invitations to store teams.
Qualifications
- Degree from Business School or University in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labour law is mandatory.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; immediate start.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; French is a plus.
