Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including frequent clients and new acquisitions, ensuring deep, long-term relationships rooted in trust, loyalty, and exceptional experiences
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, curating personalized recommendations and experiences that reflect their preferences, lifestyle, and the Maison's universe
  • Act as a personal shopper and stylist for clients, providing thoughtful guidance on products, gifts, and exclusive offerings
  • Organize and host client meetings, appointments, and special events, both digital and in-person, ensuring experiences are seamless, thoughtful, and memorable
  • Drive individual and team sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on client retention and high-value transactions
  • Utilize insights from client behavior, purchase history, and analytics to inform personalized sales strategies and client interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail and distance selling
  • Demonstrated track record as a top performer with strong business acumen and client development expertise
  • Confidence communicating with VIPs and high net worth individuals (HNWI) in written and verbal formats
  • Passion for styling and personal shopping
  • Tech-savvy with ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Autonomous, solution-driven mindset with entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
