Louis Vuitton seeks a Private Ambassador in McLean, Virginia to drive high-end sales and develop luxury client relationships in this full-time retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain authentic, lasting relationships with high-end clients, continuously anticipating future desires and needs
- Increase store performance by achieving and growing high-end penetration goals across all product categories
- Develop and grow the VIC client book while actively recruiting new high-potential prospects for the high-end client base
- Deliver all client interactions with outstanding luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills, ensuring an elevated experience
- Partner with Store and Regional Leaders on high-end client retention and development strategies
- Mentor store teams to enhance overall client experience and brand loyalty
- Host clients from all backgrounds, providing private services through both in-person and virtual appointment-based experiences
Qualifications
- Proven record of developing authentic, lasting client relationships in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit outstanding luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills
- Experience hosting and managing clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record in high-end sales and client development
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or private client services, with demonstrated success in developing high-end client portfolios and managing VIP relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
