Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client follow-up and day-to-day support needs, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution of all client requests and service moments
- Deliver elevated client experiences by welcoming Private Ambassador clients and supporting appointments in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including appointment preparation, client communications, product coordination, and sales processing
- Manage reservations, consignments, transfers, and client records with accuracy, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail
- Support product curation and appointment execution to ensure seamless, personalized service delivery
- Partner closely with the Private Ambassador team to uphold brand standards and contribute to overall business success
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage calendars, and organize schedules in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a luxury or high-end client services environment
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and discretion
