The Private Ambassador Assistant supports a Louis Vuitton Private Ambassador by managing client follow-up, appointments, product preparation, transactions, and administrative operations while delivering discreet, personalized service. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring a minimum of 3 years’ experience, with an hourly rate of USD 27.00–34.00 plus bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome the Private Ambassador’s clients and deliver a high-level client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to keep the Private Ambassador organized and supported.
- Curate products according to client needs, preferences, and appointment goals.
- Manage and audit reservations, consignments, and product transfers for accuracy and seamless execution.
- Prepare appointments by pulling products, organizing displays, and setting up the appointment space.
- Capture client information and maintain accurate, up-to-date records, including current payment details where appropriate.
- Process sales transactions and support efficient, service-oriented checkout.
- Manage client communications, outreach, and appointment coordination.
- Assist with appointments alongside the Private Ambassador, providing an elevated, seamless client experience.
- Process client sales when the Private Ambassador is absent, maintaining continuity and consistency of service.
- Collaborate as a team player on activities supporting the Private Ambassador’s objectives and success.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Proactively manage client follow-up and day-to-day support needs, responding to requests and service moments promptly and thoughtfully.
- Use discretion, attention to detail, and urgency to anticipate client needs and carry out priorities set by the Private Ambassador.
