Louis Vuitton seeks a Private Ambassador Assistant in New York City to provide comprehensive client support and administrative coordination for high-net-worth clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide elevated client experiences aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to ensure the Private Ambassador remains organized and fully supported
- Support product curation based on client needs, preferences, and appointment objectives
- Manage and audit reservations, consignments, and product transfers with precision and accuracy
- Prepare for appointments by curating product selections, organizing displays, and configuring the appointment space
- Capture and maintain accurate, current client information, including secure payment details where appropriate
- Process sales transactions and support point-of-sale operations with efficiency and service excellence
- Maintain proactive client communications, outreach coordination, and appointment scheduling
- Assist during appointments to ensure elevated, seamless client experiences alongside the Private Ambassador
- Process client sales independently during the Private Ambassador's absence, ensuring service continuity
- Contribute as a committed team member to all activities supporting the Private Ambassador's success
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, client services, or high-touch account support
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative tasks with precision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
- Point-of-sale and transaction processing proficiency
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, private client services, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and exceed high-net-worth client expectations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college education or luxury retail certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 34 per hour.
