Louis Vuitton seeks Private Ambassador Assistant in Costa Mesa, CA. Support VIP clients and luxury retail operations with administrative expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage client follow-up and day-to-day support needs, ensuring all requests and service moments are handled promptly and thoughtfully
  • Welcome Private Ambassador clients and provide support during appointments in strict alignment with Louis Vuitton service standards
  • Administer appointment preparation, scheduling, client communications, and product coordination
  • Maintain reservations, consignments, transfers, and confidential client records with accuracy and discretion
  • Support product curation and appointment execution to deliver personalized, seamless service experiences
  • Coordinate with the Private Ambassador team and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold brand excellence and drive business success
  • Process sales orders and manage travel coordination and logistics as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in client services, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven capacity to build rapport with high-net-worth clients

Experience
