Role & Responsibilities
- Provide effective support to the retail Ambassador team in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily schedules, client appointments, and oversee client orders and travel plans.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of business-related tasks.
- Prepare client communication, elevated appointments, metric reports, and meeting minutes.
- Engage in ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with X-Store is ideal.
- High integrity, respect for confidentiality, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
