Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of women's leather goods projects for press and merchandising, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • Launch press and merchandising sets, including drafting product launch sheets and creating nomenclatures.
  • Analyze material needs and place orders for leather, canvas, textiles, and metal components.
  • Monitor material supply chain processes.
  • Manage VIP/VIC orders and follow through on their execution.
  • Coordinate and track the production of invitations for fashion shows, including briefing the studio, ordering materials, and overseeing fabrication.
  • Handle billing processes related to project activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, at a Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of PLM is advantageous. Strong product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. Effective time management skills. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-driven.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 level education.
