Louis Vuitton — Milan: Press Office Intern (curricular internship) supporting press relations, media monitoring and social copy for the Communications team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support press relations activities for editorials and corporate projects, liaising with journalists and editorial offices.
- Prepare press materials including press kits, product and corporate fact sheets, image selection and presentation documents.
- Draft, translate and adapt press releases and corporate/product dossiers from English and French into Italian.
- Maintain and update general press mailing lists and build targeted media lists for specific projects and events.
- Monitor print, web and social media coverage and produce pre- and post-event reports, including economic valuation using DMR and Lefty.
- Translate and adapt social-media copy (organic and sponsored) for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Provide on-site support for press events, product presentations and organise press trips as required.
Qualifications
- Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to priorities in a fast-changing, deadline-driven environment and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, art, design and culture (sports and beauty a plus).
- Excellent written Italian and strong copywriting skills; fluent English required.
- Availability to undertake a 6-month curricular internship and immediate start.
