Louis Vuitton Press Assistant Intern position in Paris; 6-month full-time communications internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for international photo shoots, including product shipments and collection tracking
- Organize and maintain press collection inventory within the showroom, optimizing availability for internal and external loan requests
- Prepare press materials and documentation, including image credits and press toolkits
- Provide logistical support for press days and men's runway show presentations
- Develop relationships with stylists, journalists, and internal marketing and international press bureau teams
Qualifications
- Passion for communications and press relations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborative team player with independent work capability
- Prior experience in press relations, luxury, or fashion is advantageous
