Louis Vuitton — Paris: Press Assistant, Beauty & Fragrances (work‑study) starting Sept 2026. One‑year alternance in Communications based in Paris 1.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of press and public relations strategies for the Fragrance & Beauty division in France and internationally under the supervision of the Press Officer.
- Draft and compile editorial content and communication materials, including press kits and dossiers de presse.
- Serve as a daily point of contact for journalists: manage requests for press materials, visuals and captions.
- Organise and administer press shoppings, product loans and the logistical preparation of press events and travel.
- Monitor, record and archive daily press clippings and compile press reviews by collection.
- Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking and guest lists for launches and press events; liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update press and influencer contact lists and support media monitoring and impact analysis.
- Manage operational stock for perfume & beauty products (ordering and stock control of samples and branded bags).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme in communications, marketing, business or equivalent university degree.
- Ideally holds a prior internship or work experience in PR or within a luxury Maison.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with PR platforms such as Launchmetrics and Cision.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to the perfume and beauty sector and its editorial codes.
- Proactive, dynamic, autonomous and able to propose creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, organisational rigour and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students in a Master’s programme; prior internship experience in PR or luxury communications is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree in communications, marketing, business or equivalent university qualification (in progress acceptable for work‑study).
