Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated PR strategies for Men's Fashion and Watches that align with global guidelines and local market dynamics.
- Craft and drive consistent brand storytelling across print, digital and social channels to reflect the maison's heritage, creativity and product innovation.
- Plan and execute targeted media engagement, including pitch development, editorial partnerships and securing high‑impact coverage.
- Manage relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, stylists, celebrities and PR agencies to amplify product placements and talent engagements.
- Oversee editorial shoots, content production and collaborations with key media; coordinate look books and creative assets for campaigns.
- Lead PR activations including product launches, press days and fashion week initiatives; support guest and talent management for events.
- Prepare and manage annual and monthly editorial PR plans and budgets; ensure accuracy, compliance and ROI tracking.
- Monitor, analyse and report PR performance and competitive benchmarking; provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise visibility and impact.
- Supervise PR sample management and logistics, including inventory control, press rack coordination and sample allocation for shoots and endorsements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience in Fashion and Watches PR, with substantial exposure to luxury or premium retail environments.
- Proven track record of securing editorial placements across print, digital and social platforms and managing influencer/celebrity relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline preferred.
- Fluent written and verbal English; exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with creative sensibility, excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, PR planning and sample/logistics oversight.

Minimum 10 years working in public relations within the fashion and watches sectors, preferably in luxury or high‑end retail, with demonstrable success in media relations, editorial partnerships and campaign delivery.
Education
