Louis Vuitton PR Executive position in Shanghai. Manage media relations, sample coordination, and brand communications in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sample management and arrangement for media shootings, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and timely delivery
- Draft and distribute press releases to maintain consistent brand visibility across markets
- Coordinate daily media shooting schedules in alignment with brand objectives and established timelines
- Proactively pitch media outlets and secure editorial coverage to enhance brand recognition
- Compile and analyse PR performance and media coverage data to generate strategic insights and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated communication and cohesive brand messaging
- Support the execution of PR programs and events with meticulous attention to implementation details
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in brand communications or PR agency
- Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury fashion culture, brand ethos, and current womenswear trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
