Role & Responsibilities

  • Support vendor selection and evaluation for various event types
  • Coordinate press previews and product launch events in conjunction with managers and team members
  • Assist in planning seasonal programming and varnissage events at Espace Louis Vuitton
  • Support event production and execution logistics
  • Collaborate with managers and team members on event proposals, reports, and performance analysis
  • Prepare competitive intelligence reports on industry events and activations
  • Manage invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and event-related administrative tasks
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of event materials and supplies
  • Provide scheduling support and coordination across multiple stakeholders
