Role & Responsibilities
- Support vendor selection and evaluation for various event types
- Coordinate press previews and product launch events in conjunction with managers and team members
- Assist in planning seasonal programming and varnissage events at Espace Louis Vuitton
- Support event production and execution logistics
- Collaborate with managers and team members on event proposals, reports, and performance analysis
- Prepare competitive intelligence reports on industry events and activations
- Manage invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and event-related administrative tasks
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of event materials and supplies
- Provide scheduling support and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- Fluent business-level communication in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Business-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
