Louis Vuitton is hiring a Post-Production Specialist for its Photo Studio within the Content Factory, overseeing retouching standards, image quality, post-production performance and internal and external resources. The role is full-time and permanent, with hybrid working.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, document and evolve photo retouching and image-quality standards for the Photo Studio, translating Louis Vuitton’s requirements into clear operational rules for internal teams and external partners.
  • Adapt quality standards to different workflows, asset types and uses, and ensure they are communicated and adopted.
  • Manage retouching performance across quality, timelines, costs, capacity and efficiency.
  • Monitor post-production KPIs, including SLA compliance, lead times, productivity, capacity, delivered quality, rework rates and BPC.
  • Control the workload and capacity of in-house resources and external providers, identify performance gaps, raise alerts when performance drifts and propose corrective actions.
  • Define and lead the retouching quality-control framework, including inspection criteria, review routines, escalation rules and approval levels.
  • Check assets against retouching and image-quality standards and Louis Vuitton guidelines; document quality gaps and analyse root causes of rework and iterations.
  • Ensure compliant assets are delivered on time and to the required quality level.
  • Manage in-house retouchers and external providers day to day on quality, performance, deadlines and productivity.
  • Challenge external partners on delivered quality, ways of working, responsiveness and expected efficiency gains, and contribute to onboarding new partners.
  • Identify recurring issues in retouching workflows, propose process or operating-model improvements, and contribute to integrating technological developments and productivity levers.
  • Develop the skills of internal and external resources and advance post-production practices through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Confirmed expertise in photo retouching, colour grading and image quality control.
  • Experience in demanding visual environments such as luxury, fashion, beauty, premium e-commerce or photo studios.
  • Proven experience documenting retouching standards and deploying them with internal teams and/or external partners.
  • Experience managing retouchers, post-production teams or external providers, with a strong focus on quality and performance.
  • Mastery of operational management challenges across quality, cost, deadlines, capacity and efficiency.
  • High quality standards.
  • Recognised professional credibility and the ability to act as a point of reference for expert profiles.
  • Rigour, method and the ability to establish a clear framework.
  • Natural authority and the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to coach and support the skills development of teams and partners.
