Role & Responsibilities

  • Train new team members and ensure the sustainability of skills.
  • Validate system access requests and manage profile modifications and deactivations.
  • Audit training pathways and develop key performance indicators.
  • Create and translate missing training materials.
  • Propose and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance training materials.
  • Monitor system evolution requests and co-manage the testing plan for system updates.
  • Test and validate certain system updates.
  • Communicate system updates to relevant departments.
  • Administer tool configurations based on user requests.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
  • Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Basic knowledge of database management or data modeling (Power BI, etc.). Interest in IT tools and understanding of information systems. Ability to quickly grasp business processes related to product lifecycle management. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Creativity and ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.

No prior experience required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
