Louis Vuitton seeks a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator (apprenticeship) in Vendôme, France — apprenticeship starts September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the production plan (PDP) for one or several manufacturing lines, ensuring alignment with demand and capacity.
- Monitor production progress from order launch through to shipment of finished goods and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — suppliers, warehouse teams, methods engineers, team leaders and artisans — to resolve production issues.
- Animate and prioritise products for events and follow the introduction of new collections in production.
- Investigate and identify root causes for cancelled or delayed production orders and drive corrective actions.
- Lead continuous-improvement projects to increase delivery reliability and production stability, and measure resulting gains.
- Redesign coordination routines between manufacturing, logistics, quality and supply teams and streamline shipping/validation processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialisation in logistics or industrial supply chain (apprenticeship/alternance format).
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and the capacity to synthesise complex information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a pedagogical approach to stakeholder management.
- Experience or coursework in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
