- Consolidate and prioritise demand based on business impact, deadlines and studio capacity; formalise a shared, transparent view of priorities.

- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, timelines and budgets; ensure delivery of assets that meet Louis Vuitton quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare, facilitate and structure project governance and regular follow-up meetings; produce reporting and performance indicators.
- Define, implement and maintain common project management methods, intake processes, prioritisation criteria and reporting standards for the Photo Studio.
- Capture lessons learned and propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimise studio throughput and quality.
- Lead and develop the Project Management team: define roles and responsibilities, establish managerial routines, manage workload and foster individual development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally within creative, media production or content operations environments.
- Proven leadership and people management experience, with ability to structure a team and drive operational discipline.
- Strong mastery of project planning techniques, budget follow-up and performance indicators.
- Solid technical understanding of photography production workflows and e‑commerce content requirements.
