Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end photo production for the Studio Photo: translate creative and business briefs into actionable production plans and schedules.
  • Build and pilot the production calendar, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of image assets in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate packshot and on-model shoots: organise product flow, resource booking, and logistical sequencing for each session.
  • Synchronise all stakeholders (photographers, stylists, art direction, technical and logistics teams) to guarantee execution fidelity.
  • Supervise on-set operations and troubleshoot unforeseen issues to protect image quality and production timelines.
  • Manage iterative feedback cycles with creative teams and business partners, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive productivity and quality KPIs within the studio scope and contribute to post-project reviews and conservation of lessons learned.
  • Act as a cross-functional interface with eMerch, Marketing, Digital and Art Direction to ensure coherent asset integration and distribution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in photo production, shoot coordination or image project management (5–8 years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of product-specific requirements (materials, details, finishes, lighting and precision).
  • Strong aesthetic sensitivity aligned with luxury image expectations and high visual standards.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex projects with multiple validations and tight deadlines.
  • Methodical, highly organised and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Affinity for the luxury sector and its requirements for excellence, rigour and attention to detail.
