Role & Responsibilities
- Translate briefs from business partners and Art Direction into clear, actionable production briefs and schedules.
- Build and manage end-to-end production calendars, ensuring timely delivery of image assets and adherence to internal processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate packshot and on-model shoots: organise product flows, book required resources, synchronise photographers, stylists, technical and logistics teams, and supervise shoot execution.
- Monitor production objectives and productivity metrics for assigned scope; anticipate risks and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality.
- Act as operational interface with eMerch, Marketing, Digital and Art Direction; prepare post-project reports and contribute to lessons-learned and process improvements.
- Ensure product availability and preparation for shoots and manage unforeseen operational issues during production.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photo production, shoot coordination or image project management (5–8 years preferred).
- Deep understanding of product specificities (materials, details, finishes, lighting requirements) and strong aesthetic sensitivity aligned with luxury image standards.
- Proven ability to plan and follow up complex production schedules with multiple stakeholders and validation gates.
- Methodical, highly organised and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills under time constraints.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in photographic production, shoot coordination or image project management within fashion or luxury brands; experience managing both packshot and on-model productions is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in photography, visual arts, production management, communications or a related field preferred.
