Louis Vuitton seeks a Personnel Administration Officer in Paris to manage employee records, contracts, and HR compliance. Hybrid role, CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and audit employee administrative files and records
- Manage all hiring documentation, employment transitions, and termination procedures
- Draft, edit, and maintain HR administrative documents including employment contracts, amendments, attestations, and correspondence
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS (Meta 4/My Horizon) and all supporting tracking systems
- Prepare and transmit payroll-related documentation and data to finance and compensation teams
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding personnel administration matters
- Monitor and enforce confidentiality protocols and compliance with applicable employment law and data protection regulations
- Conduct quality control checks on non-compete clauses, contractual document storage, job codes and English translations, and bonus percentage entries in core systems
- Verify that employment and amendment contracts align with French labor legislation
- Administer and coordinate professional development contracts and apprenticeship programs in liaison with training institutions, including OPCO system entries
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS platforms
- Expertise in French employment law and labor regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to present information clearly and facilitate new employee onboarding sessions
- Ability to analyze complex personnel management requirements and translate them for HR leadership and other stakeholders
- Collaborative team orientation with a commitment to continuous process improvement
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to articulate recommendations

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration, HR administration, or related employment compliance function.
