Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality hand‑painted artwork and bespoke personalization services (hand painting, hot stamping, monogramming) on leather goods and accessories.
- Operate and animate the Made‑to‑Order area in store, including providing live artistic demonstrations during events and client consultations.
- Manage special orders: assess requests, set realistic timelines, provide progress updates and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Maintain rigorous quality control over finishes and repairs; ensure consistency with Louis Vuitton craftsmanship standards.
- Maintain organized workspaces and care for tools, materials and inventory related to personalization services.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in hand painting, personalization or a closely related artistic role, preferably within luxury goods or leatherwork.
- Demonstrable portfolio of bespoke artwork or a link to an online portfolio required; candidate must complete a painting assessment as part of final evaluation.
- Excellent manual dexterity, strong eye for colour, proportion and detail, and the ability to faithfully interpret client artwork and requests.
- Exceptional client communication skills; ability to explain processes, manage expectations and deliver a personalized client experience.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in hand painting, personalization or equivalent artistic practice; experience in a luxury retail or leather goods environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, fine art education or formal apprenticeship in painting/decoration or leatherwork is preferred.
