Louis Vuitton seeks a Personal Stylist in Seoul to deliver on‑floor styling, training and client service that elevate the LV customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on‑floor personal styling and silhouette completion to deliver an elevated Louis Vuitton client experience.
- Partner with Retail leaders and the High‑End Client Developer to diagnose training needs and create tailored development plans for store teams.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions on fashion trends, styling methodology and product storytelling.
- Analyse and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of each store’s client base and local market dynamics to inform merchandising and service delivery.
- Support retail and client development teams with on‑site styling during exclusive events and VIP appointments.
- Regularly communicate trend reports, market intelligence and inspirational content to retail teams to maintain high market awareness.
- Share best practices and resources across stores to foster consistency, excitement and higher awareness of product ranges.
- Act as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton designs, maintaining deep knowledge of the brand’s collection inspiration and product details.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in fashion styling, luxury retail, personal shopping or a closely related client‑facing role.
- Demonstrable passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry, designers and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in presenting and influencing retail teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate styling into measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work on‑site in store (40 hours per week) and travel domestically as required.
- Fluent English is an advantage.
