Louis Vuitton – People Data Analyst, Paris. Lead international HR analytics, reporting, and data governance across 60+ countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver international social reporting by analyzing and monitoring key HR indicators including headcount movements, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce distribution across global manufacturing and logistics facilities
- Maintain HR data confidentiality, consistency, and quality through SIRH interface management and alignment with Finance systems
- Analyze and update payroll data on a monthly basis and contribute to the preparation of mandatory monthly and annual compliance reports
- Optimize existing reporting tools and KPIs to address evolving requirements from senior leadership and functional departments
- Train and lead the HR community in the effective use of analytics tools and interpretation of social data
- Facilitate monthly alignment meetings between HR and Finance teams to ensure rigorous tracking of the company's social budget
- Support the preparation of annual social budget forecasts, validate budget landing accuracy, and advise HR Directors on recruitment decisions with budgetary implications
- Conduct economic and workforce monitoring to inform activity forecasts and trend analysis
- Lead the international rollout of the H.R. Dashboard (ALLSHARE) across approximately 60 countries and multiple group entities
- Participate in the design, testing, and validation of core social indicators, and provide guidance to the international HR community to facilitate adoption and informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social controlling, HR reporting, People Data analytics, or a closely related function with strong data acumen
- Proven experience in international, matrix-based environments with cross-functional stakeholder management involving HR, Finance, and operational teams
- Demonstrated expertise in social budget management, regulatory reporting, or HR technology implementation
- Exceptional analytical capability, intellectual rigor, and reliability in data management and integrity
- Strong ability to operate effectively across functional boundaries with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to mentor and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Proven capability to structure priorities, drive initiatives, and deliver results in complex international contexts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated familiarity with reporting, data visualization platforms, and SIRH environments
- Fluent in French and English
