Louis Vuitton seeks a People & Experience Administrator in Seoul, South Korea. Manage office operations and provide HR administrative support on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring optimal organization of workspace and resource availability, including supply chain and security oversight
- Provide administrative support to offices and retail locations, including meeting scheduling, phone directory maintenance, and executive assistance
- Coordinate relocation logistics for internationally mobile employees, including visa assistance, accommodation arrangements, and travel organization
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems and document management protocols to ensure accessibility and accuracy of corporate records
- Administer employee welfare programs including company events, recognition initiatives, and benefit program operations
- Serve as liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and service providers, managing communications and office equipment procurement costs
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of professional experience in office administration
- Demonstrated experience in office administration or office management roles, preferably within luxury fashion retail or multinational corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
