Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter payroll variables (hours, absences, bonuses, overtime) into the payroll system.
  • Monitor and manage employee absences (leave, sickness) and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Process salary entries and related payroll data with precision and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and ensure administrative filing systems are current.
  • Conduct shop-floor routines to introduce HR services and build relationships with workshop employees.
  • Prepare onboarding payroll presentations and materials for new hires.
  • Draft and prepare employee exit documents (work certificates, final settlements).
  • Lead a project to raise Line Manager and Team Leader awareness on absence monitoring to improve presenteeism.

  • Enrolled in or completing a Bac+3 level program in Human Resources, Payroll, or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with HR teams and operational managers.
